Terms of Sale

At Ralphs auctions they can take Visa/Mastercard but at estate sales they can not, so estate sales are cash and approved checks only

 

We accept cash, approved checks and Visa/Master Card (13% Buyers Premium with 3% discount for cash or checks). All sales are final and all items AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The buyers premium will apply to all purchases as well as local sales tax unless you have a resale certificate on file with Ralphs Antiques and Auctions at time of registration of the sale.Any announcements made day of sale take precedence over printed matter or announcements prior to actual sale.  Pick up of auction win items, is due no later than the Saturday following the auction.  We reserve the right to add or delete items.
